Oacoma to Pine Ridge
LOG - 2nd day Westward
We decided we didn't need to get up early to head out, so most of us used our own, internal, alarm clock. We had waffles for breakfast which made for a good start to the day. The weather was great today with sunshine and moderate temperatures. We hit some road construction on the way but it was not too bad. We arrived in Pine Ridge by late afternoon, unpacked and settled in. A trip over to the Pizza Hut secured a late lunch which was greatly appreciated. Some took a side trip to the Red Cloud school and cemetery there. Others rested or read.
