Albert Lea, MN to Fond du Lac
LOG - Return Trip day 2
Sunday morning started with packing up and then heading over to Perkins for breakfast. Bob, Judy, Ron, Linda, Kathy, Nancy, Ellen and Neal joined together for breakfast and to get the update on who ran into who yesterday and how the playground project turned out. There was a little discussion on what might have happened with the motel switch too. With full stomaches we headed off for the return trip to Fond du Lac. David, Mary and Ruth had started out earlier and found a great ethnic restaurant north of Austin, MN to stop for breakfast. Nancy, Ellen and Neal met up with them once more as we were pulling into the restaurant at Hwy 82 and I94 just outside Mauston, WI and they were just getting back into their car. As we said before, it is fun to run into members of the group along the route. We were back in Fond du Lac around 3 to 3:30 PM. The weather was much hotter here than in South Dakota!
